Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 9, 2026

Quanxing Construction Inc provides professional consulting and advisory services related to construction planning and project strategy. All services are intangible and delivered based on confirmed scope of work and client authorization.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following limited circumstances:

Verified duplicate payment
Confirmed unauthorized transaction
Services not delivered in accordance with the agreed scope of work

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the transaction date.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

Consulting time already rendered
Completed advisory work, reports, or documentation
Services delivered as agreed
Missed appointments without at least 24-hour prior notice
Change of mind after service delivery

Once professional services have been performed, fees are considered earned.

3. Refund Procedure

Requests are reviewed based on documented service records and confirmed agreements.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only, typically within 5–10 business days after approval.
