By accessing our website or submitting payment for services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Quanxing Construction Inc. provides professional consulting and design advisory services, including but not limited to interior design consultation, renovation planning support, and related advisory services.

We do not act as a general contractor and do not perform physical construction work. No tangible goods are sold or shipped.

2. Service Delivery

All services are delivered digitally via online consultations, email communication, video conferencing, and electronic documentation.

No physical products are provided.

3. Payment Terms

All fees are charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. By submitting payment, the client authorizes Quanxing Construction Inc. to charge the selected payment method for the agreed service amount.

Payment confirmation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

4. Refund Policy

Consulting fees are generally non-refundable once services have commenced.

Refunds may be issued only in the event of:

Duplicate payment
Billing error
Failure to deliver the scheduled service

Any refund request must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the scheduled service date.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation at least 24 hours prior to a scheduled consultation.

If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, the fee may be retained as a scheduling and administrative charge.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery.

Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may impact service timelines.

7. Dispute Resolution

Clients agree to contact Quanxing Construction Inc. directly to resolve any billing or service concerns prior to initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their card issuer.

We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and professionally.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, documentation, and designs provided remain the intellectual property of Quanxing Construction Inc. unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

Quanxing Construction Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
